Curriculum
The training is broken into four levels of 6-8 weeks that all provide discrete skills that can be immediately applied and practiced in a personal or professional setting. The training is cumulative, so each module and level builds on those held before it to create a complete discipline. All classes include lecture, demonstration and small practice groups overseen by experienced practitioners.
