Hypno-Journey is a methodology that harnesses the power of the trance state, the sacredness of the inner journey, and the efficacy of modern hypnotherapeutic processes. We utilize and attempt to understand many different traditional perspectives and look to see how they integrate with modern thought, particularly Jungian and Archetypal theory. By taking this integrated approach we believe we have captured the best of both worlds; one that is able to honor, uplift, and live in the mystery of the process as well as being potent, accessible, and non-dogmatic.
In this program you will learn how to guide someone into trance, help them navigate the sacred process, bring them back, and help them integrate the experience into their life afterwards. As the program progresses you will learn the various conditions and applications of this specific type of trance work and a multitude of specific tools to use to effectively navigate the wilds of the subconscious and Spirit worlds!

The Hypno-Journey course takes place in an online blended learning format and can be completed from anywhere in the world as long as you have an internet connection! All modules include lecture, demonstration, and small practice groups overseen by experienced practitioners. You will have access to the course and resources for life so you can always revisit anything you learned in the course to stay fresh.
The Hypno-Journey course consists of three levels of four 2-week modules.
Each 2-week module contains:

Several do-at-home exercise to be completed on your own or with partners in the class

One weekday evening facilitated practice
